ขั้นตอนการขอรับบริการศูนย์ฯ
1. กรุณาจองก่อนใช้บริการล่วงหน้า 3 วันทำการ หรือยกเลิกการจองอย่างน้อย 3 วันทำการ
2.จองใช้บริการศูนย์/ครุภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์การแพทย์
- จองใช้บริการศูนย์ผ่านระบบจองใช้บริการ (SiCSC) ได้ที่ลิ้งค์ด้านล้าง รอ ยืนยันการตอบกลับผ่าน Email ของท่าน
- ยืมครุภัณฑ์ผ่านระบบยืมครุภัณฑ์(SiCSC)ได้ที่ลิ้งค์ด้านล้าง รอ ยืนยันอุมัติขอยืมครุภัณฑ์ผ่าน Email ของท่าน
